Scripture: 1 Peter 4:11 & Eph. 4:11-12

Unstructured –put into piles

Task Unstructured – general guidelines, versatile

People Unstructured – very conversational, flexible

People Structured – project warmth, relates well with others

Ministry Passion – feelings or desires that motivate you to serve in a particular ministry.
